It doesn’t dry out your hair and it is very convenient for people that have problem washing their hair in the morning. Unclean scalp can also block the hair pores and make them weak so don’t completely avoid washing your hair.
Almond oil is rich in magnesium and magnesium deficiency causes hair loss. Apply it once or twice a week. You can also apply it as a leave in conditioner or you can do a deep conditioning treatment with it. Take a little bit of it and apply it onto your scalp in circular motion. Do this the night before you’re going to wash your hair so that it works overnight.
It doesn’t leave off a greasy residue which means that you can wash it off once with shampoo and it comes off. Not only it helps to grow your hair really long but it also helps to cure your dandruff and split ends.
